Amplified by the media, celebrities and voices in entertainment regularly celebrate abortion and “reproductive justice.” But not all of Hollywood is with them – especially when it comes to the recent passage of New York’s abortion-friendly law.
Governor Andrew Cuomo signed the Reproductive Health Act (RHA) on January 22, the 46th anniversary of Roe v. Wade, the 1973 Supreme Court case that legalized abortion in the United States. The RHA allows abortions “within 24 weeks from the commencement of pregnancy, or [when] there is an absence of fetal viability, or at any time when necessary to protect a patient’s life or health” – the patient meaning the mother, not the unborn child.
While the RHA appears to restrict abortion after 24 weeks, it doesn’t: the legislation fails to define what could be considered threatening to a mother’s “life or health.” That’s something these stars noticed, from Patricia Heaton to Dean Cain.
Here are 10 big names expressing outrage against Gov. Cuomo’s legislation:
1. Patricia Heaton
The actress brought up former Philadelphia abortionist Kermit Gosnell in her condemnation of New York’s law. Among other things, Gosnell was convicted in May 2013 for one count of involuntary manslaughter and for the first-degree murder of three babies after a horrific trial in which witnesses remembered baby abortion survivors “swimming" in toilets “to get out.”
“Everything Kermit Gosnell was arrested, convicted, and jailed for is now legal in New York - except in New York you don't even have to be a doctor,” stressed Heaton in a Jan. 24 tweet that included a video explaining the ramifications of the RHA. “Nice work @NYGovCuomo.”
2. Dean Cain
The Lois & Clark star expressed similar sentiments in a Fox News interview, saying that the law would “make the crimes of Kermit Gosnell legal.” Cain is familiar with Gosnell’s story, having recently starred in and served as an executive producer for the film Gosnell: The Trial of America's Biggest Serial Killer.
“The worst thing I learned [during the film’s production] was what actually takes place during a late-term abortion,” Cain urged. “It’s gruesome.”
In a September interview, Cain admitted that even though he identified as pro-choice, he condemned Gosnell for performing countless abortions after 24 weeks.
3. Robert Davi
“I cannot tell you how disturbed I am to hear that in New York state they passed a bill whereby you can abort babies up to nine months,” the Die Hard actor said in a Jan. 25 video. “I’m astounded. I don’t understand what’s happening to this country.”
Davi wanted to know how Gov. Cuomo, who is of “Italian-American roots,” could “let this happen and celebrate it and cheer for it.”

It should be noted, the left also supports “assisted suicide”. They believe in population control, which is not much different than genocide.
The only life they seek to protect is that of criminals and degenerates.
This puzzles me. Kill the young and the old, but protect, cater to and glorify the worst of our species.
How can most people that are, remain Democrats?

People that support this should be required to watch some detailed and graphic videos showing the procedure and what is being done to KILL the baby.
My wife had a pregnant co-worker leave early yesterday for some blood tests. She wasn’t feeling well. At the doctor, it was determined that she needed an emergency C-section. The mom and baby are doing fine now. The baby was delivered 6 weeks early and weighed 4.2 pounds. They expect the baby to be FINE.
Think about that for a minute. It was almost routine delivering a baby 6 weeks early. Should they still be able to kill this child for the next 6 weeks because it didn’t make it to the full 9 months?
From this day forward, NEVER let a liberal tell you “It’s for the children.” They support the slaughter of children.
Democrats are ignoring human nature and giving a gift to feminazis to thank them for their votes and money.

I used to be a Democrat. Eventually, I figured out that I wasn't. It was something I got into in college in the 70's. Eventually, I was espousing ideas that were counter to the 'rats - anti-abortion, pro gun rights, pro capital punishment, etc. A co-worker asked me why I continued to vote 'rat when I was obviously a Republican. My last 'rat vote was for B.J. Clinton in '92. Must have been something about the Clinton Crime Family that helped me see the light. By '94, I was an enthusiastic Republican.
I can't imagine defending the crap today's rats are into.
Cuomo is scum. What he is doing is unconscionable. Cuomo is pure Leftist evil.

I’d bet that Cuomo gets as many or more Catholic votes in the next election.
This is a major part in the coming Civil War.

I don’t understand it, either, other than many people are scoffers and have turned their backs on God. Their consciences are seared, they’ve been given over to a reprobate mind. They’re evil.
