My retirement—and departure from the Old Dominion—can’t come soon enough. Did I mention our current ‘Rat governor was a pediatric neurologist before he entered politics. Now, he says that late term baby would be delivered, followed by “conversations” between the mother and her doctor.
If the child is resuscitated and viable, it is certainly alive. At that point, any discussions between mom and her physician would tantamount to a murder plot.
