Neuroscientists behind the project called it "BrainNet", a "multi-person non-invasive direct brain-to-brain interface for collaborative problem solving".
In layman's terms, researchers from the University of Washington and Carnegie Mellon University figured out a way to connect three brains (still attached to their human hosts!) and have the owners of said brains make collective choices together without speaking. And they tested it by playing Tetris. Because of course they did.
The team used "electroencephalograms" (EEGs) to record electric impulses from two human brains and "transcranial magnetic stimulation" (TMS) to deliver information to a third brain. The end result: an interface that allowed three human subjects to collaborate and solve Tetris problems using brain-to-brain communication.

There it is!
Are they all ex-Borg?
The members of the democrat party are already connected at the neuron level, and are screaming hysterically in sync.
The communication was all one way, with the two senders wearing electroencephalography (EEG) caps that recorded brain signals produced by their thoughts. They could send a yes or no message telling the recipient, wearing a transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) cap, whether or not to rotate the block in front of them. They did that by focusing on one of two flashing LED lights either side of their monitors, which had YES and NO written by them.
The EEG caps processed signals from the visual cortex, which were passed on to the receiver by magnetically stimulating their own visual cortex. If the senders looked at the YES LED, the receiver saw a flash of light. Its not the sci-fi scenario I couldnt help myself imagining, especially considering the two people wearing EEG caps had 15 seconds to transmit and they sent their messages 8 seconds apart.
Obviously the ability to change the outcome of the thought is there so they can still hack into and change a voting thought and the acting agent only is there to react, not think. We currently have that now in the liberal party. The politicians think and the voters only act. No changes here except it will fix it so the acter can’t make a mistake and vote wrong as it is being manipulated anyway and it provides no way to differ from the two thinkers.

Oh pointy bird oh pointy pointy, anoint my head anointy nointy.
What could possibly go wrong?
I believe those 3 brains should be put into Maxine Waters, it MIGHT make her smarter....
If they connected Pelosi’s, Feinstien’s and Hillary’s...that would be the REAL Devil’s Triangle!
Three brains? but Tetris is FOUR.
William Shatner's collar started working again!
What is Tetris? Something played using to LGBT brains and one sane brain?
to = two
:/ of course they did.
Or, we can reference another episode:
Brain and brain! What is brain?!
"QUICK! *DON'T* think about pink elephants!" ?
Winner! I gotta rent that again.
