American once touted as possible ambassador to EU tells of being detained at Boston airport and subpoenaed by Robert Muellers Trump-Russia inquiry {snip}
In a statement sent to the Guardian, Malloch, who described himself as a policy wonk and defender of Trump, said the FBI also asked him about his relationship with Roger Stone, the Republican strategist, and whether he had ever visited the Ecuadorian embassy in London, where the Wikileaks founder Julian Assange has resided for nearly six years.
In a detailed statement about the experience, which he described as bewildering and intimidating at times, Malloch said the federal agents who stopped him and separated him from his wife seemed to know everything about me and warned him that lying to the FBI was a felony. In the statement Malloch denied having any Russia contacts.
Malloch became a source of controversy in 2016 when he was floated in media reports as a possible US ambassador to the EU, following an aggressive campaign in which, according to several reports at the time, he promoted himself as a strong candidate. European officials, alarmed by the possible pick and his lack of diplomatic credentials, openly criticised Malloch, particularly after he compared the EU to the Soviet Union.

It’s hard to understand how they can build a case on the emails without the DNC allowing anyone access to the server.
It sounds like Huma and the others intentionally used Yahoo so it could be hacked. I can’t believe they are that stupid. After all their entire lives have been devoted to “public service”. They had to be oh so aware of correct privacy protocals. So I think it was intentional. Or total ignorance from total arrogance.
Mueller’s time is about over...
Corsi says he thinks Mueller is getting very panicky and very desperate because he knows hell probably be indicted for Uranium 1.
Quite the conundrum there Her Mueller. You were hired by co-conspirator Rod Rosenstein to protect the coup plotters by pursuins and potentially removing the duly elected POTUS. In the intervening months so much damaging information has come to light and various Congressional committees have informed the American public of criminal conspiracy to subvert democracy.
So the question for Herr Mueller is, do you even attempt to charge POTUS with a knowingly false and fabricated crime given the fact that he himself may be charged as an accomplice in a seditious conspiracy plot.

As a human being
I would never say anything to the FBI or any police officer under oath. It is always a trap. If you tell the police something as a concerned citizen, they should be willing to accept your statement without putting you under oath.
Best advice ever.
You should read the RICO statutes. The statute of limitations in all these corrupt acts is pretty much never going to expire.
Exactly right!!
A person called before a grand jury has no legal requirement to keep what they said before the grand jury secret. That requirement is only on the prosecutor and the members of he grand jury. Malloch can say whatever he wants to whomever he wants.
It’s a lot easier than that. Ask them if they have a search warrant or arrest warrant. If the answer is “no”; the only response is, “Then I will be on my way.” Don’t ask if you are being detained in this situation; just walk away. If they try to stop you, call 911 and report their crime. Once they know a 911 call is being recorded, they just slink away. I’ve done it.
Another lesson regarding the Flynn situation; don’t be in too big of a rush to hire an attorney. Prosecutors count on forcing a person to cop a plea in order to avoid financial devastation.
Show up to any arraignment, plead not guilty and demand ALL documents, notes, calendars, memos, emails, names of all witnesses, investigator files, statutes you are accused of violating, etc.
You can drag that part out for at least six months; then start sending interrogatories, requests for admissions, etc., etc.
While you are waiting for their responses, you can do some research on the statute and case law, and maybe even sign up for a criminal defense class and get familiar with criminal procedure.
A guy as smart as Flynn could put off a trial for 2-3 years; at least with very little money spent.
Also, his lawyer has been screwing him over to maximize his fees. Happens all the time. His attorney could have had the charge dismissed within 2-3 months because the crime he was alleged to have committed has never been prosecuted and his attorney must have known that legal experts view that statute as unconstitutional.
Except for the treason part.
Seems to me John Huber would indict him.
