Th[e] Civil Asset Forfeiture law allows the police to confiscate the asset without a trial, summons, or conviction. They just grab the asset. In some cases, if people refused to sign a waiver for their cash or possessions, they were threatened with jail and losing their children to foster care.
The 2016 presidential election is in many ways a battle between the once traditional idea of freedom in the form of the Nation State and that of the New World Order ruled by unelected bureaucrats as in Europe’s E.U.... The attack on President Trump and the fanciful charges of the “Russian” situation show certain similarities to the above. The continuous digging of dirt on this matter continually brings up nebulous nothings. And now this excavation is expanding outside the border of the “Russian Problem”. The intent is to divert and erode Trump’s attempts to fix other problems that have plagued our country for years.
As Saul Alinsky’s "Rules for Radicals" tells us, when they want to take down a target, a good first attack is to eliminate its best people. Lt. General Michael T. Flynn, an excellent and effective person, was the first casualty of the Trump administration due to a spurious connection to alleged “Russian Problems”. This reminds one of the phony charge against Scooter Libby during a futile attempt to impeach George W. Bush. Once convicted, Libby was freed on appeal. The ouster of General Flynn and eliminating his understanding of the Islamic problem has been a tragic loss to the Trump administration and our country. His book, "The Field of Fight", contains a deep insight into the Radical Islamic situation. This book is highly worth an attentive read.
A pernicious entrant into the Washington D.C. Deep State Democrat operative landscape is Robert Mueller, the special counsel for the FBI investigation into the “Russian Problem”, who seems intent on digging up something, anything to “get” Trump. He seems to have hired most of the potential Hillary administration for this purpose. This, in a way, relates to the sordid aspects of the Civil Asset Forfeiture law which is not based on proof but just a faked suspicion. Mr. Mueller has a blind attitude toward the radical Islamists. While FBI director under President Obama, he had all references to Radical Islam and Islamic terrorism deleted from the FBI training literature. During his and others’ tenure, any investigations into Jamaat ul Fuqra and Muslims of the Americas, two Islamic organizations, were stopped. The national headquarters of these organizations is in Islamberg, Hancock, NY, which oversees about 22 other camps around the country. While president, Bill Clinton had the FBI shut down a major investigation of these groups in Colorado. (Fortunately the governor of that state told those doing the work to continue.) This occurred prior to Mr. Mueller’s directorship, but it shows certain prevailing attitudes of a few who reneged on their duties to protect the safety of U.S. citizens. The majority of actual citizens voted for Donald J. Trump. Their votes should not be ”forfeited” to a devious Democrat Deep State operation! Also for the good of our country, we would love to see Michael T. Flynn back with President Trump’s White House.

I can't say "I saw this coming", but as soon as Trump was elected, I recognized pretty quickly that this was the reality.
My big fear right now is Trump seems not to realize how well organized the coup attempt is. They want to overturn the results of the election, and Trump seems not to get just how serious the effort is to do so.
But we haven’t been considering the possibility of a biblical scale fail for Donald’s foes either. They condemn themselves to a hell of ridiculousness.
Do they really think we’re just going to shrug and say “Oh well” if they succeed in overturning our votes? I think it would be the first shot in a very ugly civil war, which they would lose and lose bigly.
They really better knock it off for their own sake. Go try to win elections democrats, it’s your only hope.
The assets of CONgre$$ should be seized. The Gang of 535 (and former gang members Barry, Hillary, Kasich, etc., etc.) should be in federal prison.

Its latest manifestation is the American version of Soviet Justice; identify the criminal, then find the crime.
Oh, and make no mistake, the GOP is in collusion with the Rats to oust President Trump.
It is way past time to reassert our sovereignty.
