The fake news establishment media at CNN is at it again. Now they are attacking Fox News host Sean Hannity, smearing his reputation with a phony story about him allegedly pointing a gun at liberal Fox News contributor Juan Williams.
Dylan Byers, one of the media writers at CNN who works for media industry defender Brian Stelter, printed a story on Thursday alleging: “Last year, after ending one of his many spirited on-air arguments with liberal contributor Juan Williams, Hannity pulled out a gun and pointed it directly at Williams.” Byers cited “three sources with knowledge of the incident” to make the claim.

The kicker is Williams himself says the whole thing is being blown way out of proportion.
“This incident is being sensationalized — everything was under total control throughout and I never felt like I was put in harm’s way,” Williams said, according to the CNN report. “It was clear that Sean put my safety and security above all else and we continue to be great friends.”
Williams even took to Twitter to defend Hannity:

Juan must be close to getting fired and is trying to cash in on an “I’m so afraid and scared” claim. Now that Obama is gone, they don’t need a token “person of color” now.
And yet, comrade juan continues unabated in his dumb ass leftist rants.
Sean was probably showing Juan what kind of defensive weapon he carries. I think it was around that time that Juan’s wife was acosted and he might have been asking for advice.
I prefer him to Bob Beckle.
Juan needs to be replaced by his son.
Even in the Breitbart article, you have to read pretty far down to get Hannity’s version, i.e., after a discussion on gun safety or gun control, Hannity showed Williams an unloaded gun in order to demonstrate something about gun safety or gun design. The CNN version makes it sound like Hannity pulled a loaded gun on Williams and pointed it at him in a fit of anger.
I’ve “pulled a gun” on quite a few people, especially friends and close relatives, the same way and never had any problems.
Agree. But neither one is actually needed. News and facts are supposed to be real. Opinions about them aren’t supposed to be colored by “persons of color or political persuasion”.... I’m not interested in diversity or political opinion. Give me untainted facts and let ME decide.
That’s the reason why I don’t watch any of it any more.
The CNN reporter is going to get sued for slander if he’s not careful.
They should put the show on an hour earlier and call it “The Four” & drop both of them and then move Cavuto to 5 so I can catch his show before Brett at 6
Please read the story again. Williams is defending Sean. He isn’t afraid and scared.
CNN is also reporting that Donald Trump paid no federal income taxes in 2005.
That’s not a denial that the incident happened. If Hannity pointed a gun at Williams for any reason other than self defense...whether the gun was loaded or not...his LTC needs to be reviewed. That is just not done by a sane, responsible person.
I really don’t care. Juan never fulfilled a legitimate purpose at Fox, nor will he ever. And this isn’t done yet. I still expect some kind of settlement suit to be brought.
