Send the Refugees to Hawaii
Townhall.com ^ | March 16, 2017 | Todd Starnes

Posted on 03/16/2017 10:37:49 AM PDT by Kaslin

There is more judicial tyranny to warn you about. The latest - Judge Derrick Watson of Hawaii - he blocked President Trump's temporary immigration ban.

The president called Judge Watson's decision unprecedented judicial overreach.

Critics say it's a ban on Muslims. But that's not true. It's a ban on refugees from countries infested with jihadists.

What in the name of Don Ho is wrong with these people?

Judge Watson's decision puts all of us in grave danger.

Attorney General Jeff Sessions says around three hundred of the FBI's active domestic terror investigations involve people who came here as refugees. That's a lot of potential jihadists.

How many more Americans must die in the name of political correctness?

So I say send all the refugees to Honolulu. Every last one of them.

Let them put on a grass skirt, toss back a Mai-Tai and sing Tiny Bubbles on Waikiki Beach. Just keep them out of the Lower 48.

Aloha, America.

President Trump has only two choices. Ignore this ars insane communists Democrat judge or start proceedings using DOJ to fight this judge. This judge is guilty of treason.

Sending the animals there is only fair because they come from a warm climate and we want them to be comfortable MD happy while they plan to kill us.

These judges should be held as accessory to murder should those poor refugees show their gratitude by killing or having a car accident while being unlicensed to drive; but I guess they’ll also not have to take a driving test because it might be against their culture or hurt their self esteem.

He sure is. I do like Todd Starnes’ idea though, especially the part sending the refugees to the judges’ residence

No, for illegals and undocumented let’s do Nowhere, North Dakota, in a heavily fenced and guarded tent city with bologna sammies and koolaid.

The left wants more muzzies brought in for their votes and campaign contributions. Fine. Send all of them to Hawaii.

Hawaii is already radical leftist. Already they are discriminating against Whites. Let them have some more. Just don’t let them come onto the mainland.

Great idea.

And the Washington Post would surely back it.

The WaPo insisted that PRESIDENT Barack Obama had the legal power to send refugees wherever he wanted. States could not object.

Short quote from the WaPo article:

“Federal law emphatically does not provide authority for states to nullify the president’s decision”

This is not based on law. It is based in ideology. It disregards the constitution and the Statutory law. I urge consideration of appealing the Maryland Federal decision to bypass the 9th circuit.Don’t screw with this squirrel. Let him enforce his order with his military.

According to The law is clear: States cannot reject Syrian refugees [the WaPo article,]
Yes, federal law contemplates a role for states and state agencies in the refugee resettlement process, but that role is limited to advice-giving and consultation.

My better half and I celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary and when we were thinking of a place to go we thought of someplace in Europe. But then we thought we should go somewhere there is no chance of muslim terrorists spoiling our time.

So we went to Kauai and spent a lovely week with no lurking radical muslims.

Judge Watson you are an idiot.

I posted the same things, on another site. Drop them off in front of the poshest hotels, the wealthiest neighborhoods, and especially in front of Zuckerberg’s house. As they get off the plane, tell them that they can go get a room and order anything they want, as the state of Hawaii and this judge said it’s all okay because the 1st Amendment protects some imam.

Yes, he does. One of his homes, anyway. He was trying to force the sale of land set aside for native use so he could expand his domain, but he was ultimately rebuffed.
