Well, we've come full psycho circle in my book. Speculations about the inspiration for the look of the statue have varied throughout the years: from “The Colossus of Rhodes, to Ancient Greek figures of one god or another, down to a "commentary on Civil War era slavery," and now to this Muslim horseshit. It is exactly that - horseshit. CBS should be ashamed of even trying to pull this.
Think of this - when was the last time anybody ever heard a Muslim extol the mother of Mohammed? Ever? Can you remember just one instance? Why,then, in the hell would a 'Muslim' inspiration of liberty and freedom be of a woman? This is just pure fantasy.
