Professor who correctly forecast Trump's victory predicts possible impeachment for the president-ele

Anyone who supports Trump needs to understand how seriously the risk is that he will be framed or entrapped into getting impeached. Does anyone think that the Mosquitos are going to just roll over and let the swamp be drained without a fight? The best thing for Trump to do is to make sure any and all executive decisions, campaigning, fundraising, personal business/assets management, travel, White House living expenses, etc get plenty of good honest oversight by his attorneys and accountants. The Mosquitos are preparing and watching big time.

“He needs the equivalent of an NCAA compliance officer.”

You mean someone who enforces the rules for everyone but Alabama?

I hope there is a crackdown on these phony postings. First the title is changed from the actual one, then the excerpt is a rewrite, and then even the source url is obscured.

Thank you. It would be nice if posters would follow posting rules and the Mods would correct the headline here.

The effort is pretty much already neutered.

It’s not even a blog. It’s a vanity that should be labeled such and posted in ‘Bloggers & Personal’.

Even worse, a bunch a Freepers will weigh in without even peaking at the source material. Perhaps we should just have a streamlined rant forum where you can “POST A HEADLINE” of your own making add your random thoughts and then watch as Freepers join the melee of name calling and mud slinging.

I used to be possible to have reasoned debates and polite arguments on this forum. That is becoming rare.

Exactly. When I troll liberal sites, I remind them of that constantly by telling (reminding) them that Trump is a social liberal and open to liberal ideas - Pence is not.

Obviously the plan is to demoralize them into doing nothing, same situation we had with Obama/Biden, and Clinton/Gore.

Point is they can file an impeachment bill every day of his presidency and they get spiked in committee. We knew darned well when they kept pressing DJT about accepting the election results, they were projecting their future behavior. Let them waste their time then hang it around their necks come 2018. America will be great again by then and the RATs won’t even hold onto the office of dog catcher.

Those who will lead the assault should be given a preoccupation, keeping themselves out of prison. Charges against bill and Hillary and the clinton foundation and extradite soros back to russia for trial with putins help

Did anyone think that just because the election is over that we can let up on the squishes representing us in Congress? The only motivator they understand is fear of the people who elected them. They must never be permitted to enjoy the warm fuzzy support of a capital cocktail party without having to look over their shoulder.

” get plenty of good honest oversight by his attorneys and accountants “

Sure, that will work. I mean they would never just make something up without any proof or basis in reality.

Do you seriously think the House would ever vote a bill of impeachment?

Bills of impeachment get routinely filed by members of the dem party (against republican presidents).

There is ZERO chance the house will ever even vote on said bill

I think one area to watch out for involves EOs. Not undoing Obama EOs but writing new ones that go beyond a President’s powers. If he does that I could see a coalition of dems and pubs going after him.

(But that’s not fair - Obama did it!). That’s right. It would not be fair but I could see scum RINOs going after a Republican President for actions they ignored under a black dem President. Hopefully it never happens.

I mean, come on...
He’d have to do something so completely, I mean completely over the top like say, audaciously circumventing secure forms for communication and setting up his own clandestine communication stream for the sole purpose of personally enriching himself, his family and his political cronies - but who would be so stupid as to do something like that?
