Has the State Department released a smoking gun in the Hillary Clinton e-mail scandal? In a thread from June 2011, Hillary exchanges e-mails with Jake Sullivan, then her deputy chief of staff and now her campaign foreign-policy adviser, in which she impatiently waits for a set of talking points. When Sullivan tells her that the source is having trouble with the secure fax, Hillary then orders Sullivan to have the data stripped of its markings and sent through a non-secure channel.
That should be game, set, and match, yes?

The heading likely gave context to the body of the message so that when paired it was classified. For example, if I gave parts of a contingency plan discussing tactical deployment of a generic infantry unit it would be unclassified, if the heading told you it was from a specific OPLAN for a particular region, for a particular unit, it would be highly classified. By removing identifying heading, I can send the body unsecure.
The FBI cannot do anything if DoJ says no.

There was a similar email released months ago with the hag asking Sullivan to forward classified info in an unsecured manor. He didn’t do it citing a technical issue, doesn’t matter, the hag asked.
If they want to shoot her down they have to fire through the aminig port which is named Barak Hussein.
I know what would have happened if I had mishandled classified information that badly (making big rocks into little ones at the United States Disciplinary Barracks in Fort Leavenworth). However, “some animals are more equal than others”. I’m not naive enough to believe that any democrat would support enforcing any law against Hillary, not if it interferes with amassing more government power in their hands. Liberals disgust me.
That scenario makes sense if we were talking about an operation or action where one specific fact in the heading makes it classified. But we are talking about a list of talking points. What heading could possibly be on talking points that would be the only thing that is classified?
Hillary's staffers are shown to be mindless toadies in many other emails.
The one glimmer of hope I have is that State Dept employees may want to save their own skin, and cooperate fully with the investigation.
