Trump has a problem with me if he isnt taking a stand on moral and family issues thats any better than this. I wont vote for any candidate who isnt against same-sex marriage. This is a great example of the left using their tactics to divide conservatives and fracture adequate support for a single candidate.
It is a very effective one too.
I firmly believe marriage is one man one woman, though these days I should modify it with biological man and woman but it is a state issue.

Trump: Some people have hopes of passing amendments, but its not going to happen. Congress cant pass simple things, let alone that. So anybody thats making that an issue is doing it for political reasons. The Supreme Court ruled on it. "Our Churchill."

Well, that’s it then. Since Trump doesn’t meet every criteria I want in a candidate I’m taking my ball and going home. /s
At this point I’m still for Trump, warts and all. Not one of the other candidates, except Cruz and perhaps Carson, would do anything at all to reverse our downhill slide. Trump might. Even if he does nothing on marriage other things he does could reverse things. Maybe not. All I know is that the other candidates, except Cruz and Carson, are just parts of the machine and will only rearrange deck chairs. I’d prefer Cruz but I’ll still take Trump. Unfortunately we still have more than a year of dealing with this cyclic insanity called a Presidential Election.

Trump wasn’t asked about religious freedom. He should be—pointedly and repeatedly until he answers.
And a “the courts must decide” response is not an answer.
To: SeekAndFind
He will build the wall. No Republican running will do anything about gay marriage and they will not build a wall.

Wow! I don’t like what Trump said either but that kind of overreaction is what the cop d’etat is all about. Make it a single issue, run off conservatives because their candidate doesn’t measure up 100%, then slide in a real socialist.
Works every time.

Please direct me to where Trump supported the FEDERAL legislation and legalization of same sex marriage??? Again, you're missing the point. It wasn't done through legislation. It was done by the Supreme Court unlawfully legislating from the bench! It was a 5-4 decision, Obergefell v. Hodges, in June of this year. And the President appoints Supreme Court justices. So I certainly do not want a moral and constitutional dunce like Trump becoming President. Especially when we have much better all-around conservative candidates in the field.

Trump's thinking like a businessman. He's looking at issues that have the highest percentage of changing. He's asking us to think analytically about where the greatest good can be done in the shortest amount of time to save the US.
Every time, we get wrapped up in the social issues. We even WON on most of the social issues. And what happened? The courts overturned it.

Bottom line: God will remove His blessing from the United States because of our immorality including abortion and homo marriage. Without that blessing, we are doomed.
Trump thinks he can win on the immigration and economy issues. Perhaps he can. But even solving those problems will not stop our slide into the abyss.

The Constitution confers authority to the states to legislate matters of marriage, gay OR straight. That's not possible. You can't confer authority you don't possess.

Another troll attack—”Trump isn’t Pro-family” Don’t elect him! Its a Democrat trying to get the hard right wingnuts to drop Trump because “he’s Not Right wing enough”. Might have worked with Mittens—doesn’t work now. Go back to your day job at “Black Lives Matter” and take your fat Soros check.
