Confederate flag controversy: Where do 2016 presidential candidates stand?

The flying of the Confederate flag on government and private property has become the issue du jour. A national debate on the flag's place in modern America has sparked following the murder of nine African Americans in a Charleston, S.C. church last week. The killer, 21-year-old Dylann Storm Roof, who is white, frequently posed for pictures with the Confederate flag.

In the wake of that incident, South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley has called for the flag near her state's capitol to go away. eBay, Wal-Mart, and other retailers are removing products with the symbol from sale. Politicians in Mississippi are weighing whether or not to keep the flag around.

Nearly all the declared candidates – and some of the undeclared potential candidates – have weighed in on whether the flag should be flown, in South Carolina or otherwise.

Meet the newest members of the Hillary Clinton for president team. The only ones that have not cowered down to PC liberals are Cruz, Jindall and Santorum. Millions of reliable republican voters stayed home instead of casting their vote for Romney and the exact same thing will happen again in 2016. Patriotic Americans don't like being thrown under the bus and that is exactly what these weasels have done. Virginia and NC were close the last time, with Obama carrying Virginia and he almost carried NC. Both states will go for Hillary Clinton this time. She's the next president because the clueless republican party keeping running their voters off. The party should be disbanded.
