"....The article describes at length the sources of conservative money that helped propel Walker forward and notes the right-wing talk radio hosts who amplified his voice. There is some rather straightforward campaign finance reporting that helps the reader understand Walkers backing, but its tainted by loaded characterizations of the players and hints of sinister motives. And the story is missing one major component: the other side.
National labor unions poured money into Wisconsin in an attempt to defeat Walker during the 2012 recall and again in the 2014 midterms, where Walker was the top target of national Democrats and the unions. As Lee Saunders, the president of AFSCME, told the Washington Post: We have a score to settle with Scott Walker. He took collective bargaining away from us. He stole our voices in a state where we were born. Walker and his supporters outspent those trying to unseat him in both racesby 3-to-1 in 2012 and 2-to-1 in 2014, according to the left-leaning Wisconsin Democracy Campaign. Money was clearly part of the story. But all of it?
Perhaps the most revealing omission comes in a section labeled Electoral Vindication. The Times reporters acknowledge Walkers electoral successesthey have to, its the reason for their piecebut only on their way to offering what they see as the reasons behind those wins.......
.....One fact that doesnt appear anywhere in the lengthy Times piece: The reforms worked. Wisconsin taxpayers saved $3 billion dollars as a result of the budget reforms Walker implemented.(Dont take our word for it. When Walker made that claim in the run-up to the 2014 elections, Politifact Wisconsin, hardly an ally, rated it mostly true.)
Its as if the reporters believe effective governance is irrelevant to electoral success. Or, to put it more accurately, its as if the reporters believe effective conservative governance is irrelevant to electoral success....

Yes, exactly as if.
If this is all they have, it ain’t much.
TRANSCRIPT of Scott Walker on ABC Sunday (highlighting "full blown invasion" BS circulating the web)
Here is an interesting (in depth - as only an anti-conservative publication can do to our side). But it is actually informative.
Nov. 2011
bump for later
None of these union people lost their jobs either. There were no mass layoffs, there were no mass quittings of union people either.
ANd even if there were we could just play Pelosi’s explanation of how they were not unemployed, but “liberated”.
Duly noted, “as if”.
The media wave surges and retreats from the beach, corresponding directly with whatever degree of fear they imagine, on any given day.
Whoever shows responsible gains against Democrat futures gets the business, and the media business is to block those gains.
I just fear they will elevate Jeb Bush in order to protect themselves from Hillary Clinton, whom they seem to despise, but are forced to openly support for lack of any meaningful competition. (Except for Jeb.)
I fully expect they are going to want to promote Jeb Bush if Hillary gets no real challenge from the Democrat Party, because I suppose they think they can live with him.
Interesting, and reasonably probable.
He's NOT the one to worry about, he's dying a fate worse than Shrillary, he's boring everyone to death.
When the GOPe finally realizes his problem, they're going to flock to Rubio and beg the NYT to stop writing articles about his traffic tickets..........or try to convince fatboy to run, other than that, they're dead and I think they know it.
I live in Wisconsin and in 2012 during the recall election. I had two people come to my door to reel off to me all of the Unions lying talking points. I asked them where they were from. Answer: Washington State. I lost my cool and and they off my property in a hurry.
The truth is that there was money available to the Democrats and the Unions to fly hundreds of people into Wisconsin from all over the country. Believe me, Walkers opponents spent as much as walker did in an attempt to bring him down.
Happy day,in 2012, when Walker smacked down Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrette after the lefties spent months gathering signatures to force a recall. They were in a state of wild ecstasy delivering the recall signatures to the state capital. Many were acting like complete buffoons carrying the boxes into the building. Thank God that decent Wisconsin voters saw through the lies being told to keep Walker in office.
LOL! That’s for certain!
But, since when did the Left care a whit about telegenics, a brain for speaking intelligently, etc., etc.?
I still believe the Left is exhausted by the Clintons and by now, will be happy to promote the next worst thing— Jeb Bush, a Republican. :)
What I want to know is, how many traffic citations has Walker received in the past twenty years?
Some say we cannot trust Walker based on his words.
Those people ignore his actions.
The same people say we must trust Cruz based on his words.
Those people ignore his actions.
Judge a candidate based on their RECORD.
Actually, except for his last name and their base, it would take the Shrillary problem off the table for them and get them a candidate that agrees more with them than anyone since McCain.
Today they’ve focused on how Scott Walker proposed to Tonette.

Zactly!
The Shrillary problem is probably getting real-er by the day! :x)
