In other words ... the Newsers can't claim that St. Swisher of Sweets has a clean record ... so they peed all over themselves trying to dodge the question.

So what were his non-serious felony convictions?

So he really is a sweet, loving, gentle giant?

The way he pushed that store clerk around it looks like he is very experienced at it.

I would find it hard to believe that was his first time.

It may just be my #whiteprivilege </sarc> talking, but IMO, any felony is SERIOUS.

And of course who among us hasn’t had at least a few “non-serious” felony convictions in the course of their wacky teenage years?

Simple.
Record expunged on his 18th birthday.

The St. Louis Post-Dispatch spreading disinformation.

How Stalinesque.

Good question. I’d also like to know what the reporter considers non serious felony convictions. Maybe something less than murder or rape?

Who cares. He attacked a cop. He got shot.

Case closed.

It is now more than apparent that the MSM and even to government has been working together to sanitize Michael Brown’s life and history.

First, after it was revealed that Michael Brown shattered Officer Wilson’s eye socket when he punched him in the face, the media and local government retracted that story and claimed it was not true.

Now, after it was reveled that Brown had a juvinile record for Second Degree Murder, the media and government have buried that juvinile record.

This sanitizing of Michael Brown likely begins with Eric Holder.

Recruiter: Have you ever been convicted of a felony or a misdemeanor? That’s robbery, rape, car theft, that sort of thing.
John Winger: Convicted? No.
Russell Ziskey: Never convicted.

Poor kid. He hardly ever stole anything or assaulted anyone.

That depends on what “serious” means/

plea deals?

affirmative action releases?

The store clerk should file an assault charge against Michael Brown. He has been traumatized and could sue the estate of Michael. (would this be possible, there are hundreds of thousands coming in to his family?)

He might not have been before, he's much better now.

it’s a three part answer.

No convictions of serious felonies.

1- could mean convictions of non violent felonies.
2- could mean he has felony arrests plead to misdemeanors
3- could mean he wasn’t convicted, but charged

I hate weaselly lawyer speak.

Sounds like he DID have some felonies, just not “serious” felonies, right? Just like all normal teenagers, I suppose. (/s)
