Good question. I’d also like to know what the reporter considers non serious felony convictions. Maybe something less than murder or rape?

it’s a three part answer.

No convictions of serious felonies.

1- could mean convictions of non violent felonies.
2- could mean he has felony arrests plead to misdemeanors
3- could mean he wasn’t convicted, but charged

I hate weaselly lawyer speak.
