Even though Poroshenko is working on a cease fire with the Rebel Leadership he has made it clear he cannot guarantee the militia’s will abide by what Kiev says. They are loose cannons....and Oligarch’s Militia’s are still fighting to retain their area of control.
So when does this so-called “ceasefire” take effect?

The Russian Navy being honored for their early part in restoring the Crimean Peninsula to the “new Russia”, by the “rebels”. I wonder what would happen to Russia’s “draftee” army if Ukraine announced that any Russian soldier who deserts from that army would receive some civilain clothes, 1000 euros and a passport and visa that would allow him to re-settle in southern Italy, southern Spain or southern France, where demographics suggest that many more vigorous young men are needed.

According to commie/lib Stephen F. Cohen, the US is putting money in the hands of the Kievian Ukrainians to pay their soldiers, so that’s not a stretch.
