Fast food worker strikes planned in 150 cities

The fast-food worker strikes are expanding to more U.S. cities and going global.

Workers in up to 150 cities across the country are planning to strike on May 15, according to labor organizers.

The movement is also headed overseas, with plans for workers to join protests in 33 countries.

On Wednesday, the workers announced the protests outside a McDonald's in New York City, and delivered a letter that called on the fast food giant to raise wages and respect workers' rights worldwide.

However, security guards didn't allow the workers to bring the letter inside the restaurant. So, they posted the letter on the door. It was removed soon after.

What is badly needed here is for all Americans to strike the fast food joints due to raising costs. Two can play this game.

SEIU setting one of the Dems major memes for the Summer/fall campaign season, Raise the Minimum wage.

Watch how many of the “Strikers” were just hired within the last few days, or weeks, if at all.

So fast food will become more automated. Orders will simply be taken by machine and cashiers will be out of a job.

Increasingly even the cooking will be automated. Fast food isn’t complicated.

These idiots are too politically and economically ignorant to realize they are essentially protesting against their own jobs.

Once upon a time during university I worked as a bank teller. The bank was putting in more ATM’s that could cash checks (including dispensing coins) and do pretty much everything a teller could do. The bank trainers had a meeting with the tellers and told them how wonderful this would be because it would reduce lines. The tellers seemed very excited about this and all the free time they would have. Pretty much none of these fools realized the bank wasn’t going to keep tellers on the line if they had less customers to serve. These advanced ATM’s were designed to replace them and none of these people could process that was what was happening.

Anything to distract from Obamacare, Benghazi, IRS, Fast And Furious, VA Hospital breakdown....etc. Sort of reminds me of what a dog does after he poops.
