On Wednesday's "Tonight Show" on NBC, host Jimmy Fallon as Russian President Vladimir Putin took a shot at ObamaCare, sang "McCain in the Ukraine" and "Let It Go" from Disney's "Frozen" during a phone call sketch with a President Barack Obama impersonator. The call wrapped up with Fallon as Putin confirming nothing was accomplished...
