Bump, this needs to be seen. It’s the first I’d heard of it. Steyn really gets under the leftist tyrants’ skins, they keep dragging him into court.

Mark is on the right (correct) side and he deserves to be supported. Can someone please inform the author that he does not know how to write?

I suspect that the trial will simply be D.C. political theater directed by the left.
It now looks go to Steynonline.com for the full story as if Steyn is going to be up there on his own, fighting and financing his case without the support of his magazine, National Review; that the outcome is not as certain as it seemed at the beginning; and that this hero deserves all the help we can give him.
Absolutely.

“...they keep dragging him into court.”
Only by perverting the intent of the legal system can the left undermine Steyn’s unrelenting truth.

There are a lot of sharp, successful conservative attorneys. For all he's done, and will continue to do, Mark Steyn's defense against these stupid suits should be pro bono.

James Delingpole is also on the right side of this issue. I chose the excerpt to highlight how Mann as enriched himself in money, position, power and status with his bogus science.
If you read the full editorial you would see this.

I must have missed the details of this. Help me to understand what is going on.
Committing a crime is no longer the crime? Exposing the criminal actions of others is now the crime?

Yes, there are a lot of sharp conservative lawyers out there. It would be nice if they would show up on the ramparts for this battle.
It certainly highlights how politically biased and corrupt the American courts are, that they haven’t sent this case to the round file as a SLAPP suit.

I had a similar problem when I was in school. Hell of a time trying to get something started, but when I got a report going, I had to end it abruptly because I had a lot in my head I wanted to write down, but I’d take up far too much paper and time. Maybe the author should sit down with someone more experienced and ask for tips.

It’s been going on for quite some time. Mann sued NRO also.
