Why?
Are all the Military in faraway, remote places able to watch the super bowl?

Depends on their behavior.
A little punishment or reward action.

Sure. Just don't let them watch the World Cup.
To: montag813
Only the ones that are managing to behave well. It should be a reward for good behavior and a stick to punish bad behavior.

Kind of find it hard to believe this is even in his thought process.
Unless, of course, he tells them they can and if one of his guests screws up, take the privilege from all.

How can the U.N. Human Rights commission look itself in the mirror not stopping the good sheriff from dressing his inmates in pink?
LMAO
Go Sheriff Joe... you the man bud.

No.
To quote Gunnery Sergent Hartman:
“You are ALL EQUALLY WORTHLESS!”
If they wanted to watch the Super Bowl, they shouldn’t have committed the crime.

Make it a reward they can do for doing work, getting their GED or other desirable activities you can’t just demand they do.

Definitely! It is even bigger on bases overseas. I spent 10 years overseas and each base regardless of Iraq, Korea, Italy always showed the Superbowl.

All prisoners in Plymouth,Ma. received all the lobsters they wanted in the 1600’s but they revolted.
To: montag813
No, and he should not allow them to watch MLS games either.
To: montag813
That is entirely up to the judgment of Sheriff Joe.
