Why?

Are all the Military in faraway, remote places able to watch the super bowl?

Definitely! It is even bigger on bases overseas. I spent 10 years overseas and each base regardless of Iraq, Korea, Italy always showed the Superbowl.

If a few exhibit exemplary behavior, and they root for the Broncos, I’m O.K. with it.

You’d be surprised at how far the military goes for things like the Superbowl. Even guys out on patrol in Afghanistan are likely to be able to catch at least some of the game; the comms guys will put it out on one of the Sat channels.
