First, your painting a target on your back with the IRS. If you signup and give all your particulars (including your bank account and routing numbers, Social Security Number and Date of Birth - A ID THEFTS DREAM) but don't buy insurance. Guess who will be watching you! Yes, the IRS.
The IRS who Doesn't target tea parties, who doesn't audit people. Yeah Right; that IRS.
Second: Oh, and if you don't buy, will be looking to extract that PENALTY (Supremes say a tax) DIRECTLY FROM YOUR BANK ACCOUNT at the best possible time (Naught!).
Oh, and you young people, if you look but don't buy, guess what? You've told them where you are and will pay for the rest of your life. How happy will you be?
Oh, and that PENALTY, will get bigger, much bigger in just a few years.

Guess what? One of the Obamacare tentacles is the requirement that ALL health insurance plans regardless of how you buy them MUST meet the minimum standards defined by the government. Abortion coverage is now being FORCED into every health insurance plan by government edict.

Seriously, we give this same information to lending institutions when getting a loan. The primary difference is most lending institutions guard this information, have insurance just in case, might make any loss good, and can be easily sued to recover losses.
None of the above applies to a federal bureaucracy, especially the most incompetent power grabbing law to ever be forced upon us by the lefties and sanctioned by our RINO friends.

Good luck finding a bank that will establish an account without a Socialist Security Number or and IRS TIN. That pesky little SSN ties EVERYTHING together.
When is the media or talk shows going to start broadcasting the FACT that the only mechanism in the ACA Law for the IRS to collect the “Fine” is by deducting it from a “TAX REFUND”. If a taxpayer isn’t getting a refund from the IRS they have no other legal way of collecting it. “Smart” taxpayers set their witholding allowances or in the case of small businesses, their estimated tax payments in such a way that they don’t give the IRS money to hold without paying interest to be refunded the following year. This is so simple, it is incredible that it isn’t getting any publicity.

They will find out thru your SS # believe me. I worked for a bank and I also had a lien on my account and they knew by your number they simply use the number all they need is to find the bank you deal with.
