Establish a separate bank account for just that purpose. Do not just open another account at your current bank. Pick another bank altogether.

Good luck finding a bank that will establish an account without a Socialist Security Number or and IRS TIN. That pesky little SSN ties EVERYTHING together.

True. But the Obamacare account would hold only a minimum amount of money. Not much to take if they randomly decide to fine me.

I'm sure they could eventually get to my "real" bank account. But I want to make them work for it.
