OK, please educate me here--

How can this even be happening, constitutionally, when all fiscal bills MUST ORIGINATE in the House?

I’m saying, WE all will be stupid to not game nobamacare however we can.

I still think when Roberts said OK to it being a tax, that was an effective way to plant a poison pill that will throw it back to the Congress to redo or throw out. The reason? “Origination”, which can not be brought to suit and the SCOTUS until a person with standing brings it up following enactment on 1 Jan. 2014.

This will make it even more important to get more conservatives in the House and gain control of the Senate in 2014 Mid-terms. But if we can only keep the House, then the House can block any nobamacare redo forced by SCOTUS. If the dems regain the House in 14, look for them to rework nobamacare even if this SCOTUS does not review per Origination and THEN it might well be the law of the land.

If the dems regain full Congress in 14, nobamacare won’t matter, all of America will be lost then anyway.
