We are talking about refusing to lend the GOP yes to funding. It’s that easy if the GOP can get past the balogna. Hey Weeper, by all means keep on weeping, but weep for the sad state of US healthcare that will exist if Obama “care” gets its full way.
The Republicans hold the majority in the house. They can reject whatever the senate sends back to them. They do not need to pass a bill funding obamacare period! Terry Jeffrey is a solid constitutional conservative. If the house does not fund it, it does not get funded. All the president and senate can do is throw a hissy fit and issue threats. And they are.
Well that is an alternative approach, but the GOP isn’t going to want to do that. After all, not all GOP are devils.

Sorry, but Obamacare is self-appropriating, i.e. the appropriations are in the original bill, precisely to avoid the current political situation where republicans control one or two of the House, Senate or Prez. All three must agree to stop the existing self-appropriations.

You can add Sen Jeff Sessions. Even that amnesty guy (Boo!) in Florida Rubio is standing up with Cruz against obamacare. But don’t really trust him or Paul. Both are unreliable as conservatives, even if they do the right thing on this.
