Let me point out, however, what really struck me about his treatment thus far. Ask yourself if THIS will be what ordinary people will receive under Obamacare:
Indiana, then Chicago, then to Philadelphia, then back to Delaware, then to Houston, now back to Delaware.
Any media worshippers of Obama's policies wanna point out the vast difference between the political 1% of this nation and, oh, say...middle class working folks who PAY their salaries?
What we saw here was ‘privilege’ of the elite. Child sick? Fly him all over the country to multiple treatment centers, need a ride to Philly? Take Air Force 2 with dad. It wouldn’t phase me a bit if his 44 year old son is on Poppa’s medical insurance.
Meanwhile out here in America, the common person is relegated to dosing with high grade rat poison as a treatment.
I bet Biden’s sperm product doesn’t submit to Obamacare. Any takers?
What we saw here was privilege of the elite”
My thoughts exactly. I can understand Joe wanting to be with his son but these people have absolutely no sense of reality. To expect that the taxpayers would fund this trip to Houston is so wrong on so many fronts.
Complained to one of our local stations who covered it on the news and they wrote it off as my not be a caring Christian and placing more value on material things than the life of a fellow American. Made me ill.
There’s no need to guess about Beau Biden’s health insurance. He is the Attorney General of Delaware. As such he has state of Delaware designated health insurance.
It is this context which makes my criticism liable to reaction for callousness and insensitivity. I want to know how it is that Air Force to is used to transport the son of the vice president of the United States home from hospital? Is it justified because the vice president accompanied him?
Are we not condoning not just cronyism but nepotism? Why are some of the most precious and expensive facilities in the United States of America used for this purpose? Does an ordinary citizen have a an equal claim?
Or is that claim limited to Portuguese water dogs?
So I guess his insurance is gonna reimburse the government for Air Force 2 to/from Texas?
True Believers quickly point out that there were “other people on the plane”.
As the dog is not a pilot, one would hope so.
FWIW, hubby’s cardio surgeon pretty much implied that his 3x bypass was his ‘one and done’ shot.
Apparently he only deserves to be saved once.
Actually the use of government assets for this purpose is probably a violation of the Purpose Statute. A clear violation of law...
Are we not condoning not just cronyism but nepotism?
I am split on here. First of all he isn’t just the son of the Vice President. He is the AG of Delaware that he won through voters. Secondly, I would imagine that being born a Biden was helpful in getting the treatment, but keep in mind that being born a Biden also saw tragedy with his Mother and I believe sister getting killed in a car accident when he was young. I would imagine that he would rather be a regular “Smith” and have his Mother back so being a Biden is not necessarily a great thing.
HA!!!
I don’t believe anything is wrong, just as I don’t believe anything was wrong with Theresa Heinz Kerry or Hillary Dennis Rodman Clinton.
Disorientation would seem to be a fairly normal thing for a Biden, I would think. The weakness could just indicate that he hasn't been eating properly. But I guess he had to go to 4 different hospitals to get the proper treatment. I haven't heard exactly what kind of medical procedure he had done. does anyone know?
Biopsy on a brain mass is what I just heard on local news-talk radio.
Daddy Biden had brain surgery too, so maybe it’s genetic.
Still though the “common man” is too ill-informed to govern himself.
"Beau Biden 'in great shape' after biopsy for brain mass"
Rarely does one read the phrases "in great shape" and "biopsy for brain mass" used in the same sentence.
(VP Joe Biden's brain surgeries were for aneurysms, IIRC. Surgeons would not biopsy an aneurysm. I am unaware of any "good" masses that might appear in one's brain. The question is exactly how "bad" this is. I wish Beau Biden the best possible outcome, but based on the limited information that they have released, this does not seem to be a good thing.)
The hoi polloi should not expect to be flown around at huge expense to obtain the best medical care available on Earth like our anointed leaders. Particularly under Obamacare. Without doubt the MSM will spin all this in ways favorable to VP Joe.
Sorry. Not possible.
Actually, the doctors just THOUGHT Beau had an “unusual mass” in his skull because they compared his MRI to his father’s and they were so disparate.
Turns out the “unusual mass” IS a brain. Something his father lacks.
