I am a lifelong Republican who knows their imperfections only too well, yet I admire so many great ones but only a couple of Dems.That tells me all I need to know. I believe 100% in the two-party system as the best in a flawed world. Others may follow third or fourth parties if it pleases them; I will not. I am a Christian, conservative in a thoughtful way, demand manners & decorum, hate the mean gutter politics of today, abhor lib/media lies, and THANK GOD for Pres. Bush & his team (as opposed to algore and his). I voted for him as my governor twice. But my first choices for Prez in 2000 were... Dan Quayle or Phil Gramm.
