As expected, the Judge in the George Zimmerman case ruled that in addition to Second Degree Murder, she will instruct the jury on the lesser included offense of Manslaughter, as required by Florida case law.
In a surprise move this morning, the prosecution asked the Judge to drop the Aggravated Assault charge and to instruct the jury on Third Degree Murder, which is murder in the course of committing a felony.
The felony the State wanted as the predicate was Aggravated Child Abuse (Jury Instruction) because Trayvon Martin was 17 at the time of the shooting.
According to Don West, the defense was not notified until 7:30 a.m. this morning.
This surprise is important because the defense did not have time to research the law, while the State presented numerous cases. Generally it is not a defense to child abuse that the perpetrator did not know the age of the victim. This is an unusual circumstance, however, where Zimmerman was punched in the nose and the “child” was on top punching him — to say that excessive use of force in defense of an attack by a “child” is child abuse certainly requires some time to research and argue. I don’t know the answer to that legal question, but the court should give the defense time to research and argue it. (Update 11:35 a.m. — Judge just indicated she will give defense time to research, but didn’t indicate how long until 1 p.m.)

Now that the defense has rested, there are so many additional informations the DA can file, to hell with the constitution. He’s got the backing of Holder the Scolder, Broccoli Obama, and NAACP (national ass’n for the aggrandizement of colored pimps) president Sharpton.
If the manage to make a charge of child abuse stand, then the killers who shot the 18 mo infant in the face need to be charged with child abuse, and also the thug who beat 11 yo Bailey O’Neill into a coma until he died in the hospital.
I’m concerned for them and their families. Intimidation won’t be limited to the Zimmerman’s if he is found not guilty. And you can bet your bippy the LSM and Just US dept. will find a way to leak their names.

Boycotting black businesses is a moot point since they’re mostly “in the bad part of town” anyways.
One thing that might work is a walk out or general strike where people do not go to work or buy anything for a week. It would deprive the government of tax money meaning less money to load onto those EBT cards.

I already know to what extent they will go...just nobody is willing to care about a film maker that got blamed for Benghazi. Taken in on that pretense and sentenced under an unrelated parole violation.

There ‘s a real danger of something like this happening. Authorities are under great political pressure out of fear of mobs, and from retribution from The Regime.
Targeting an individual(e.g. refusing to recognize Zimmerman’s right to self defense in order to gratify a mob) undermines the concept of rule of law. Do away with that and we have arbitrary rule, which is just what our present leaders are all about. A good reason for our fearless leader to have warm feelings about Trayvon.
