For the same reason that we are supplying weapons to ‘Syrian rebels’ who pledge their allegiance to al Quada and the destruction of Israel and the U.S. (US president)

When my Fortune 500 defense contractor did this, it ws only a matter of time before I left. I would someday like to start a small business but I’m wary about all this diversity crap I might have to contend with. god forbid the business ever became successful..between unions, endless regulation and this crap, I don’t know how any ingenuity gets off the ground.
I beleive the problem stems from the ‘same ol , same ol’ leadership in the Republican Party headquarters.
They are listening to losers who have a record of losing !
And the fact that it is (X)______ ‘s turn to run for office of the President is just absurd.
Time for leadership that listens and acts , not token RHINOs.
The purge of losers should start with Karl Rove !
Encourage a free and open party election , rather than being bogged down with ‘who’s turn is it’ .

Right; could you imagine hiring someone for a Real Job, and somebody submits a resume with “diversity” anywhere in the body?

That’s most gubmint hiring; it is designed to get workfare slobs out of bed while hopefully stopping their reproduction. It’s actually very sad; it maintains a facade of integration/assimilation while causing the exact opposite outcome.

They are all forced to do this (under threat of lawsuit). I used to think status was measured in the business world by titles and salaries; now I realize it is by how far away from these workfare hires you are in your every day tasks.
