When my Fortune 500 defense contractor did this, it ws only a matter of time before I left. I would someday like to start a small business but I’m wary about all this diversity crap I might have to contend with. god forbid the business ever became successful..between unions, endless regulation and this crap, I don’t know how any ingenuity gets off the ground.

They are all forced to do this (under threat of lawsuit). I used to think status was measured in the business world by titles and salaries; now I realize it is by how far away from these workfare hires you are in your every day tasks.
