ICE Agent Crane to Obama: "Mr. President, you've overstepped your boundaries. It's your job to enforce the law, it's Congress' job to enact the law."
-
Last week, ICE union chief Chris Crane won a stunning initial court victory in his lawsuit against the Obama Administration. As we reported, Federal Judge Federal Judge Reed OConnor told the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) that they had no power to refuse to deport illegal aliens, and that he was likely to strike down Obamas virtual DACA amnesty for millions of illegal aliens. The ruling stunned Washington, and Cranes lawsuit could derail Obamas four-year effort to undermine immigration enforcement nationwide.
The final briefs in the case were filed today, and Judge O'Connor is expected to issue a final ruling this week. Meanwhile, a tired Crane - having traveled between Washington, D.C., Dallas and Salt Lake City in 48 hours - took to the airways on FoxNews's Huckabee program, to tell Americans what the 7,200 ICE agents he represents want from their lawsuit ('Crane v. Napolitano')...
All we're asking for is, one, some protection for our officers and agents, because currently this Administration threatens to fire our officers and agents who attempt to enforce the laws that we have on the books, so we've got to provide some protection for these law enforcement officers who are only trying to do their jobs.Amen! Spoken in the clear, unflinching language of a former Marine.Perhaps more importantly, we're questioning the President of the United States. We're saying 'President of the United States, it's your job to enforce the law, it's Congress' job to enact the law. And so, Mr. President, you've overstepped your boundaries'.
And we're hopeful that the judge will rule in favor on this, because it's extremely important to our country and our way of government, that we get things back on track, put everyone back in their prospective places and let our law enforcement agents do their jobs.
We stand with Chris Crane and these brave ICE agents who are standing up against Obama lawless amnesty decree, and in defense of the rule of law.

Protect yourself Mr. Crane, there are some nasty people out there just waiting for their opportunity. God be with you!

A Marine who speaks his mind..
and chastises the Coward-in-Chief,
and reminds him of his loyalties and duties !!
Where is the Congress? Where are the Republicans? Where is the Media?
Here we have another example of Obama violating his oath of office and refusing to enforce the laws he took an oath to enforce.
First it was DOMA, the queers won that one.
Now it’s illegals. Oh Wait we aren’t allowed to call them illegals.
We also remember a case he lost in Louisiana when he refused to allow drilling.
This clown thinks he is a king and the Congress is not only letting him get away with it, they are accessories to his BS.
The imperial POTUS doesn't care about that, he scored his points with Dreamers for caring.
That is all many voters care about.
> May has not been a very good month for the Usurper
I’m hoping the vultures start hovering overhead soon.
Another story the MSM will ignore.
And it’s only May 7
“unflinching language of a former Marine. “
Former Marine?
” Department of Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano declared that she, President Barack Obama and other political officials at the top of this administration have the authority to decide which laws to enforce, and which ones to ignore.”
2 weeks ago, and not a peep out of the Republicans in the House or Senate.
