President Barack Obama endorsed a constitutional amendment that would restrict the free-speech rights of political activist groups by overturning the Supreme Court decision in the landmark Citizens United v FEC case that granted First Amendment rights to corporations.
Before you pass the law, do you mind if I say this?
Obama, you are a F***ing Anti-America, anti-capitalist, SOCIALIST A$$hole!
Ok, Zero..now you can ban free speech you MARXIST!!

Pure posturing.
He knows it will never be ratified, nor does he want it to be.

This is the type of tyranny we will get if the Liberal Messiah gets a second term. Such an amendment would have to limit individual free speech rights to be effective.

It says “Congress shall pass no law”.
It doesn’t say anything about “this document only applies to citizens” - which is probably a good thing or the illegals would be screaming.

This is nothing new, the Dems hate citizen’s united decision. It drives them mad. Obama yelled at the SCOTUS over it at the SOTU. This is just to get lib base donations.
This is about as meaningful as when Republicans say they are for amendments to get Republican support, just BS to get base donations and primary support.

If Øbozo really wanted this he would just snap his bony fingers and declare it done. It isn’t like he has any use for or respect of the Constitution.

I just posted
an email from nobama in which John F'ing Skerry, the designated shill, complained, "This year, the Romney campaign and super PACs have promised to spend more than $1 billion."
Fine.
There's nothing preventing nobama from fighting fire with fire, is there?

He isn’t going to get it and he knows it. Its just propaganda for his base. Kind of like the gop saying they’ll pass a balanced budget amendment.

To understand why Obama is now in favor of limiting SuperPac's one needs only look at his record.
IN 2008, the Obama campaign used SuperPacs so effectively, they out-spent the McCain campaign almost 4:1. Not a peep was heard from Obama about those "evil SuperPacs" back then.
Now that Romney is out fund-raising and outspending OBAMA, Obama cries foul!
Those are the clear, undisputed facts of the matter here folks. Obama only cries when he's beaten at his own game. WAAAAAAAA!!!!!

——McCain-Feingold campaign finance law—
The reason I loath McCain...almost as much as Obama
The way to fix campaign finance is to make it 100 % transparent...
No more money to PAC or political bodies to hide donations...
Give any amount to a CANDIDATE and they must report it in 24 hours...don't report a donation...you pay 10 X the donation in fines
Everybody and God will know who is getting what from whom...

"... the Supreme Court decision in the landmark Citizens United v FEC case that granted First Amendment rights to corporations." What shoddy writing. The courts never "grant" rights to anyone. Rights are never granted, they are in self-evident existence.

Obama Calls for Amendment Limiting Free-Speech Rights
This clown all ready knows that he has discovered that with a gutless GOP congress (and House speaker) he can write and issue any law he wants with impunity. No stinkn' amendment will be required if you just give him another FOUR.

One can't help but be reminded of John McCain.
His justification for Campaign Finance "Reform" was that, given a choice between "freedom of speech" and "good government", he'd vote for "good government" every time.
Statists! Both of them!
