Philadelphia City Commissioner Al Schmidt
At a time when voter ID laws in 30 states are coming under intense fire from the liberal media, the Obama administration and civil rights leaders, one of the strongest cases anywhere was offered for voter identification by the lone Republican on the three-member panel overseeing elections in Philadelphia.
Wednesday, City Commissioner Al Schmidt unveiled a 27 page report that his office had commissioned entitled “Voting Irregularities in Philadelphia County, 2012 Primary Election.” The report, which focused on cases in 15 of the city’s 1,687 election districts, found cases of double voting, voter impersonation, voting by non-citizens, and 23 cases of people who were unregistered to vote but nonetheless permitted to do so.
Almost as soon as the 40-year-old Schmidt released the report at a news conference, his two fellow commissioners — both Democrats — denounced its findings. Insisting that its findings did not document a problem with voting city-wise, Commission Chairman Stephanie Singer branded the report a “stunt.”
“I just told folks something that they would not have heard otherwise,” Schmidt told Human Events shortly after his news conference.
The Republican commissioner insisted that his report of voter irregularity in Philadelphia was not initiated to make a case for the Keystone State’s voter ID law, which requires voters to present a valid photo identification to receive the ballot. Democrats — including Singer — and numerous liberal outlets have called for legal action to thwart implementation of the law. The American Civil Liberties Union recently filed a lawsuit, claiming that Pennsylvania’s law violates the state constitution by depriving certain citizens of their right to vote.
“The courts should listen and issue an injunction that prevents the enforcement of this law before the November election,” said an editorial from the Washington Post last week.

Among those who backed him over the candidate of Philadelphia’s GOP establishment was Sen. Pat Toomey (R-Pa.). Asked if he would see that voter ID is enforced, Schmidt replied to us without hesitation: “It’s the law. Our office will be letting people know that it’s the law, and we will see that every vote is counted and every vote counts in an honest election. That means to do what we can to see that people who lack a photo ID obtain the proper identification and can vote. And in an urban setting, that’s impressive.”
The evidence
The report by Schmidt’s office on voter irregularities makes clear that “due to the size of the electorate (1,029,307 registered voters in Philadelphia County) and the volume of documentation associated with the election (3,374 Poll Books; 3,467 Voting Machine Tapes; and 1,687 Clerk Books, etc.) we did not set out to quantify the magnitude of voting irregularities that occurred, but rather to analyze them in detail.
“Nevertheless, we identified hundreds of cases of voting irregularities (in select precincts) that warrant further investigation.”
Among the more striking cases of fraud — or at the least, negligence by election officials — was that of “150 Voter Slips citywide form the 2012 primary. Twenty-three of these Voter Slips came from individuals who were not registered to vote at the time of the election but voted on the Voting Machine.”
The report also includes documentation and reports of votes by members of one party incorrectly cast in the other. Since these votes were cast on machines, the report concludes, “they were included in the Certified Election Results, thus impacting the vote totals for multiple races throughout Philadelphia and Pennsylvania.”
In one of the most widely reported, and clearly egregious, stories out of the report on voter impersonation, a man named “Joseph Cheeseboro” was registered to vote in Oct. 1990 on an address in South Philadelphia that is now a vacant lot. In November 2003, “Joseph J. Cheeseborough” was registered to vote from a different address that is actually a 7-11 store. The signatures on the applications of 1990 and 2003 are “different in both handwriting and spelling,” thus making Mr. Cheeseboro — or Cheeseborough — a victim of voter impersonation.
If the reaction from Democrats such as Stephanie Singer are any sign of things to come, what is fast becoming known as the “Schmidt Report” may well be a topic of controversy for weeks and months to come. And yet, it may also lead to serious reforms and stronger enforcement in honest voting that will be studied and replicated nationwide.
For his part, Al Schmidt stands by what was in his report. As to the charges of selective investigation, he told us, “Every vote that is irregular affects the outcome. If you don’t look for something, you don’t find it. We found voter fraud — unequivocally.”

Just be glad you’re getting another four years of Obama — give or take some Supreme Court vacancies which result in the destruction of dissent against the Demwits so there will be no more obstructionism and global warming denialism; and a Demwit majority in both houses of Congress, which then amends the Constitution to eliminate Presidential term limits. The only person in my almost 64 years of living in it and near it, that's been able and willing to "rough up the old boy network" was US Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald (yes that Fitz, of Scooter Libby fame). And that was because he was beholden to no one in Chicago or Illinois so he could go after anyone without fear of any skeletons magically appearing in the Chicago Slum-Times (wholly owned by the RATS and 'the Combine').
Fitz is mostly known for getting Blago (besides Scooter), and Tony Rezko. But besides that he went after the Daley Machine(1), the Cook County Board 'machine', and the very connected ex-Gov George Ryan (RINO-Thief) whose now in Federal Prison too. And Fitz never lost, not once. When he Indicted someone they got convicted, period. And in Fitz's 'spare time' he brought down, broke into little pieces, the entire Chicago Outfit(2) (the Mob, aka The Syndicate) and in doing so cleared up and got convictions for Mob Hits that went back Eighteen Years.
So no, a Palin wouldn't and couldn't do it. It would take someone like Patrick Fitzgerald in office to "rough up the old boy network". But the GOP RINOs and The Combine would never let that happen.

The Voter Fraud in Philly is so rampant that Chris Matthews and Mayor Street were on TV the night before the 2004 Election joking about whether Mayor Street had $3 Million plus to spend the next day “TO GET THE VOTE OUT!” Mayor Street didn’t answer Matthew’s question directly, but Street said he had more than enough resources to give KERRY a plurality edge of 400,000 Votes on Election Day! He gave KERRY a 435,000 Vote Plurality over Bush and Bush only Lost Pennsyvania by 95,000 Votes! With Philadelphia County having only 1,015,000 Registered Voters, a heck of alot of those 435,000 were Dead, Illegals and outright rigging of the Machines and miscounts! Probably was the same in 2008 and will be in 2012! Pennsylavania would always go Republican if it weren’t for the Voter Fraud in Philly and probably Pittsburgh as well!

I was aware of the Robinson/Jackson connection, specifically Jesse's close ties to his legitimate gangsta half-brother. Amazing that the last two Democrat Presidents were bastards, yet no one seems to mention it. Perhaps it's now a party requirement.

JJ’s biological father was Noah Robinson. He was already married and sired JJ excuse he wanted a son. His mother was young, when she grew up she married a Jackson whose name JJ took. They too are from the Friends Plantation area.
Have not been able to draw the exact lineage, but even before it appeared on the net a freeper who grew up with them said MO practically lived in JJ’s home and all the siblings called her “Sis” . So we have both first hand and internet confirmation of that.

Fixed parking tickets, payoffs to Licensing & Inspection, payoffs to highway patrolmen, lifting entire voting machines on dollies out of Republican districts, summary judgements in court based on ethnicity (if you and the judge are both Italian and the plaintiff is not, hey, no problem), you name it.
I was even asked for a bribe by a woodsmith in a large shop in order to get my new staircase in a reasonable time. I told him I still needed to get groceries and my husband wouldn't get paid until the end of the month, so he relented.
The new chairman of a major city agency with whom I had been doing business for five years, pushing them to number one in their demographic, had his secretary call and ask me for some free work for a friend of his. I told her the yearly contract was bid to the penny and contained no padding, so I had to respectfully decline. Naturally, I didn't get another contract the following year.
