I think you are right and this causes her to be a complete liar and a plant.
Doesn’t Georgetown have an Honor Code for its law students? If a law student violates The Honor Code by any type of lying they have to go before a tribunal and if caught being dishonest, the person is kicked out. My daughter has an Honor Code where she is a rising 2L and it is taken very seriously.
