FYI, MSNBC is now showing archival footage of the news broadcasts from the morning of 9-11-2001.
It will be on for another hour and a half, until 9pm central time.
May God Bless America
On MSNBC...? Let me know when they get to the part about Teabaggers flying jets into the WTC....
This is amazing:
http://www.archive.org/details/911/day/20010911#/
20 worldwide networks, minute-by-minute broadcast archives of an entire week of coverage.
I’m watching it also. The black rage I felt for months afterward is boiling to the surface again.
Why does it look like it was filmed through binoculars?
I have been very selective about what I have watched. I watched a few national geographic pieces and a show about Rudy and one about president Bush.
I care not to get enraged.
Didn’t perky katie say...at 3 are dead??? After an AIRLINER SLAMMED INTO THE TOWER.
Then again, so did Stephanopoulos and Kerry that day.
annoying and not too bright katie
The Rachel Maddow 9/11 apology fest they ran earlier was horrible..., and I only saw short parts of it, no way I would watch MSNBC...
Is Rachal Maddow Justin beebers Sperm donor?
You know, I don’t really want to see it again.
I still remember it exactly as it happened.
Would I would like to see is an in depth investigation on how America came to hate itself to the extent that it does after this muslim attack.
As far as I am concerned, the hole in the ground is a memorial to that self hate, and it needs to have trade centers on top of it right now.
Won’t waste electricity on MSNBC.
History Channel has on “Voices from 9-11”.
It is an hour and a half program until 9:30 central.
Yes, but very Perky Katie..
I am glad I was watching Foxnews that day. Brokaw just seemed bored as he described the first tower falling.
FOX has been showing their “timeline” since yesterday.
TLC was showing a special, “The Heros of the 88th floor”. Two guys from the Port Authority - led 77 people out of the towers - but they were killed when the buildings collapsed.
Any similarity to reality is purely coincidental.
2 days after the attacks, my husband was called to active duty for 2 years. He’d been in the WI Air National Guard for nearly 20 years already. He was at the local airbase until he went to Kuwait in Dec.2002 and remained there until June 2003. He was in Kuwait when they tore down the statue of Saddam Hussein in Iraq. They took on scud missiles from Iraq at his base. He met Col. Oliver North at the base several times, as North was broadcasting for Fox News at the time from the base.
