As early as January of 2005, high-ranking officials were discussing the best way to sell the idea of North American “integration” to the public and policymakers while getting around national constitutions. The prospect of creating a monetary unit to replace national currencies was a hot topic as well.
Some details of the schemes were exposed in a secret 2005 U.S. embassy cable from Ottawa signed by then-Ambassador Paul Cellucci. The document was released by WikiLeaks on April 28. But so far, it has barely attracted any attention in the United States, Canada, or Mexico beyond a few mentions in some liberty-minded Internet forums.

Everything took a bit longer than planned, but Texas was taken over by Americans, and then later annexed to the US on their request. We purchased and organized the Louisiana Territory as an American territory. And, we screwed up the Canada thing. That could be retried, but we don't need to. Republicans would resist absorbing the Leftwingtard vote and we already have forward military basis throughout the country.
I'm not sure the later Mexican cessions were part of the original plan, but California, a Russian Colony, and Alaska, also a Russian Colony, fall within the range of the plan.

The next question is...was the financial meltdown orchestrated to make an integration and new currency more palatable? Has illegal immigration been encouraged and the will of the taxpayers thwarted by all 3 governments in order to incrementally integrate?

Yeah, that sounds stupid but it's better then swearing. No one wants this save for maybe Mexico. Canada has plenty strong nationalism and would resent the same currency as America as vice-versa. As much as Canadians whine about Americans, Americans aren't trying to force themselves in to Canada and conquest via illegal immigration.

He was a Marxist and it’s wasn’t just the Bush’...it was initiated by Carter and passed on...the baton’s on many treaties, new and critical legislation, new departments have been passed from one president to the other, no matter which party, for decades.

You could be right (haven’t done proper research) but I’ve found that a lot of treaties and control-type legislation, are started with one adm and passed on to another for completion later. For example, Nixon started the EPA, Carter completed it, Clinton/algore brought it to a phenomenol level after dumping millions of our money into it. It’s why they need to get their “guy” in and why they fear the TP who aim to put a dent into the presidential “choices” they give us. Just some thoughts...

Three governments? There are at least five. Don’t forget France ~ they still have St Pierre and Miquillon, Guatemala, Belize ~ then there’s El Centro America ~ currently sliced up into El Salvador, Panama, Costa Rica, Honduras and Nicaragua!
