Several lawyers have already been quoted on the Internet as maintaining that IF Hussein Obama really IS an ilegal alien, then he was never legally President, and so is thus EXEMPT from impeachment. Then process would no more apply to him, than to you or me. His lawyers would probably insist on an eviction process from the White House, and then throw roadblocks into the procedure to slow it down. He then might be in there for another year, smoking cigars and sipping Crown Royal, while America burns. Meanwhile, Lt. Col. Terry Lakin, who questioned his bona fides is still court-martialed. What are your thoughts on this?

There are not 67 votes in the Senate to remove 0bama. Ergo, there is no point in impeaching him.

Considering that it takes a 2/3rds vote in the Senate to actually remove someone from office, and there is no way in heck Dems would vote to remove Obama over this, I'd say you would be better served by working to remove Obama from office the old-fashioned way - by getting him voted out in 2012.

The 'pragmatic' viewpoint - don't try if it is not a guaranteed win. Also the cowards way.
The point is to make a clear distinction between those who support (whatever) and those that don't. And to clearly define the issue that divides us. How are conservatives going to win the next election if nobody understands what they stand for, and those that do understand don't believe they have the backbone to do anything about it.
Not trying just makes it harder to see any difference between the parties, except that the Dems promise them more goodies.
The point right now isn't to win today's vote, but to present the issue so we have 67 votes the next time.

The main thing is to give the mainstream media all the credit for electing the unqualified Marxist that was elected and to make sure people understand the propaganda machine the media has become. There should be a process in place for vetting Presidential candidates, since the media won't do its job.
