California Commie Pinko's
VI /XXIX / MMX | pansgold

Lets make sure SCUMBAG AWE KNEE is gone first. That SOB laughing-stock made millions with guns and one of his first acts as governator was to ban all 50 cal Barrets which hurt a lot of people with 50’s that shot in clubs by making their guns illegal, just like the UGLY BLACK gun ban did.

All through this thread I see people using the term ASSAULT WEAPON BAN. They have been banned unless registered with the FEDS since the 30’s. As a former Vietnam Era veteran that carried an XM16A1E1 select fire, I can tell you there are NO SEMI AUTOMATIC ASSAULT WEAPONS ON EARTH.

The attack on my right to protect myself and my wife will be met with disobedience if passed. I use the handle of “pansgold” for a reason. I do that and so does my wife. We prospect remote areas of California, usually on BLM or other federal land.

I always open carry a 44 magnum. Black bears, mountain lions, feral pigs love eating flesh, rattle snakes, and bandits since we usually have gold dust and nuggets on us.

There have been reports of people being shot when they stumbled into a pot grow or a meth lab. Screw AB 1934 and the commie pinko’s that support it.

They ban most weapons simply because they LOOK like an assault weapon. Email me. What part of the country do you pan in?

so what happened when the .50 bmg barrett got banned

Barrett explains it himself after he came out with the .50BMG based round the 416 Barrett caliber. “Shoots flatter, faster and is inherently more accurate than even our own .50BMG rifles.”

The 416 Barrett (10.5x83mm) is a shortened 50 BMG:
50 BMG Case Length = 3.894”, Projectile = .509” Diameter
416 Barrett Case Length = 3.258”, Projectile = .415” Diameter
50 BMG and .416 Barrett have identical base dimensions
50 BMG Projectile normally 660 to 770 grains in weight.
416 Barrett Projectile is a highly aerodynamic, elongated, FMJ
with an extremely long steep angle or “OGIVE”
(the curved forward part of a bullet).
This put a much greater projectile weight in less diameter size for flatter trajectory and longer range.
The end result is one big (400 grain) bad boy flying at 3,250 feet per
second and generating almost 10,000 foot pounds of energy.
Given this, I think I would prefer this marvel at long range (1 mile or more) shooting then the 50 BMG.
The jury will be out for sometime as far as using the 416 Barret in a machine gun, but I hope our military tests it in a modified 50 BMG Machine Gun (Hoooooraaaaaaa!) Solid Brass Projectile

The federal firearms act banning automatic weapons is unconstitutional.

The government has no authority to regulate the types of weapons I can possess. They can regulate the manner in which they are discharged. i.e. cannot hunt deer with a full-auto. Cannot discharge within 100 feet of a dwelling, etc.

I was shot AT once while hunting in Northern CA(I have lived here most of my life)due to a pot growing farm. After I turned it into the authorities they left the area due to raids. However, if they hadn't been stupid and shot at me, and you can bet I fired back, they would most likely still be in business. I believe the open carry will not affect hunters and people in the national forest, or I would hope. Maybe we can use the new ruling by the SCOTUS to keep this sh** from happening. I remember when we could carry a loaded hand gun openly where ever we wanted to.

“Reasonable” is a big word. Besides did you know machine guns, sub-machine guns aka automatic weapons are legal to own under federal law? CLASS III but not new guns. The ones that already have a tax stamp can be bought and sold under federal law. State bans are another matter. They are unconstitutional if they are an outright ban, not a reasonable restriction, so said the USSC today.

If I recall, I heard of a couple that had the same thing happen not to long ago but one of them was shot in the face but lived. If you were in the Mexican Mafia and guarded a multi-million dollar pot grow and tended it because your entire family in Mexico was being held hostage, you’d do what you had to do to protect the crop and your family’s lives.

Interesting that you justify the shooting of innocents by pot growers.

Last year kayakers on the Salmon River in the Klamath National Forest were held at gunpoint by traffickers, as were a hiker in the Sequoia National Park and hunters in Mendocino National Forest. Two years ago, an 8-year-old boy hunting deer in the Eldorado National Forest with his father was shot in the face by pot farmers. “If you are a hunter, a fisherman or a backpacker, it can be dangerous,” says Michael Delaney, who oversees marijuana cases for the Drug Enforcement Administration in Northern California. “There’s a safety factor for everyone who is out there.”

Nice try to put words in my mouth. NOT.

Let’s see, the NAZI’s ask you where your gun is... you don’t remember. After your wife is shot, they ask you again. Next your son is shot and they ask you again.

Has YOUR memory improved?

Old school. You ever hear of the 50 Medicine Round? It was the FIRST experimental Army attempt to use the 50 Cal as a shoulder fired ammunition. The 50 case was neck sized down to .308 and a ball FMJ set on top and the charge was black powder. The first time it was fired it broke the stock. The second time, it broke the shoulder of the shooter.

Gee why didn’t someone think of a muzzle brake?

I understand your point, but disagree with your conclusion. Even someone that is forced into slavery always has the choice to fight against the person that put them there or do destroy others in their name.

As for me and mine, our memory is fine, and anyone that attempts to force us to harm others will get an answer they don’t want from all of us. To the death if necessary.

Well let’s say we who have never stood and watched our family members being murdered are clueless.

We don’t know how many would fall before yelling stop.

I don’t choose to live in a corrupt, drug cartel infested country like Mexico where heads decorate the side road and bodies of the murdered litter the streets.

Please don’t try to put words in my mouth unless you can show me where I in any way or in any words, said I condone anyone’s murder or crimes.

I understand why someone could be forced into tending to an illegal marijuana grow to save the lives of their family in Mexico and that’s a documented fact, it occurs.

http://www.mapinc.org/drugnews/v09/n875/a05.html

El Dorado County narcotics Sgt. Tim Becker said some laborers initially cooperated with investigators, but then went silent.

“Some of them said, ‘My family ( in Mexico ) will die if I talk to you,’” Becker said.

I know Arnold has been a disappointment. But did you see his speech for McCain during 2008? A wonderful, aggressive speech. A solid attack on Obama. That’s the Arnold we need.
