They ban most weapons simply because they LOOK like an assault weapon. Email me. What part of the country do you pan in?

so what happened when the .50 bmg barrett got banned

Barrett explains it himself after he came out with the .50BMG based round the 416 Barrett caliber. “Shoots flatter, faster and is inherently more accurate than even our own .50BMG rifles.”

The 416 Barrett (10.5x83mm) is a shortened 50 BMG:
50 BMG Case Length = 3.894”, Projectile = .509” Diameter
416 Barrett Case Length = 3.258”, Projectile = .415” Diameter
50 BMG and .416 Barrett have identical base dimensions
50 BMG Projectile normally 660 to 770 grains in weight.
416 Barrett Projectile is a highly aerodynamic, elongated, FMJ
with an extremely long steep angle or “OGIVE”
(the curved forward part of a bullet).
This put a much greater projectile weight in less diameter size for flatter trajectory and longer range.
The end result is one big (400 grain) bad boy flying at 3,250 feet per
second and generating almost 10,000 foot pounds of energy.
Given this, I think I would prefer this marvel at long range (1 mile or more) shooting then the 50 BMG.
The jury will be out for sometime as far as using the 416 Barret in a machine gun, but I hope our military tests it in a modified 50 BMG Machine Gun (Hoooooraaaaaaa!) Solid Brass Projectile

The federal firearms act banning automatic weapons is unconstitutional.

The government has no authority to regulate the types of weapons I can possess. They can regulate the manner in which they are discharged. i.e. cannot hunt deer with a full-auto. Cannot discharge within 100 feet of a dwelling, etc.

There have been reports of people being shot when they stumbled into a pot grow or a meth lab. Screw AB 1934 and the commie pinko’s that support it.

I was shot AT once while hunting in Northern CA(I have lived here most of my life)due to a pot growing farm. After I turned it into the authorities they left the area due to raids. However, if they hadn't been stupid and shot at me, and you can bet I fired back, they would most likely still be in business. I believe the open carry will not affect hunters and people in the national forest, or I would hope. Maybe we can use the new ruling by the SCOTUS to keep this sh** from happening. I remember when we could carry a loaded hand gun openly where ever we wanted to.

I know Arnold has been a disappointment. But did you see his speech for McCain during 2008? A wonderful, aggressive speech. A solid attack on Obama. That’s the Arnold we need.
