Which version of the DNC certification document would that be Mr. Nelson? Would it be the one that does include the passage stating BO/BS is constitutionally qualified that was sent only to the state of Hawaii?



Or would it be the other version with the Constitutional passage omitted that was sent to the other 49 states?



Why bother omitting the Constitutional passage from the document if BO/BS is a natural born citizen as required by Article 2 Section 1 of the Constitution?

No you don't! All you needs is a state law requiring proof of eligibility to hold the office for which one wants to be a candidate in order to get on the ballot. State legislatures have the power to determine the method by which their presidential electors are chosen. They could require proof of being a "natural born citizen" along with proof of meeting the other requirements for electors to be allocated to a candidate.

Horse pucky. If he doubted the qualifications of The One, he could have gotten a court order for the State of Hawaii to produce the birth certificate. Or better yet, he could have ruled on his own that Obama was not a natural born citizen. Then let the Obummer campaign take him to court. Eventually forcing the Supreme Court to rule.
