“Absent a court finding that he isn’t a natural born citizen, we have to take the certification from the National Democratic Convention at face value.”

Does anyone know if this is true? Seems to me a state ought to be able to act autonomously on this issue.

They can and they have in the past. But the boy marxist is apparently so special that NO ONE bothered to check it out.

Seems each state should have the right to question, question, question.

Each state has their own election laws governing their ballots. The Sec of State is generally charged with seeing the law is followed.

In WV, Obama was required to and did sign a sworn statement that he was a natural born citizen as required by the constitution. No documentation was required.

I have asked several different election officers if this was always the law or if it had been changed and when. I haven’t been able to get an answer. I’ve been to busy to do the research myself.
