Obama's wife admits he was born in Kenya by describing it as his "home country." What other evidence would a court or the military need to charge him with fraud and treason?
While giving a speech on AIDS and health care to a delegation of Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender (GLBT) Democrats, Michelle Obama described Kenya as Obama's "home country."

We have to start paying attention here and demand some facts about our first A-rab (NOT black) POTUS, for a change.

Well, this article is not fair.
In the same way that the zerobomba formerly-white house is the “home country” of the GLBT crowd, so too is Kenya the home country of zerobomba.
Its fine to be proud of your heritage, but in the midst of a failing presidency, why would you tout a connection to a failed nation like Kenya?

His wife's words can't be used against him in any court.
(He could admit to committing murder to her and the law can't do shiite)
And that would also be argued that its Hearsay Evidence as Michelle wasn't in Kenya to see the birth, ergo, also inadmissible.
btw, I was born in Chicago, IL of two American citizen parents. One German heritage, one Irish & German, so I'm more German than Irish like ¾ to ¼ So I could 'claim' Germany is my 'home country', it means diddle. I'm an American.

Obama obviously picked up some bad ideas and thinks presidents have the right to run the lives of their citizens.
Don't know about that, but he IS stating that his father was a British national- which disqualifies him from the office of the Presidency automatically.
Even if a person says this doesn’t mean he was BORN there, NO “NATURAL BORN CITIZEN” SHOULD HAVE A ‘HOME’ COUNTRY OTHER THAN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
He’s already admitted that. On his website he said he was a dual citizen of Britain, then Kenya, until age 21 and his other citizenship ‘expired’.
His mom from Kansas, his dad from Kenya. That doesnt show where he was born does it? He says Hawaii. I have no idea.
Even if he was born in Hawaii, the fact that his father was British automatically disqualifies the zero from the presidency, per the Constitution.
As much as I can’t stand Obama; what Michelle said doesn’t indicate he was born in Kenya.
Well, Kenya is in the process of drafting a new Constitution...
