But ultimately, they were against it, weren’t they? Dopey dems, on the other hand, have always thought it was great. Not sure what the point is: Is AP saying this core element of the obamacare sucks? If so, I agree!

I wonder how this will affect business/liability, car, home, and life insurance costs.

Even if they were for it it seems they heard from the American people and backed off. Would that the Dems did the same. We will Remember in November 2010.

Republicans supported ObamaCare? ‘Truth in Journalism’ is dead.

Wow! Looks like Obamacare really sucks! Let's blame it on the Republicans!

Just Priceless.

This might be an interesting read if it was from a credible source.

He [Obama] shot back that health insurance is too expensive to force people to buy it.

Ha! Obama was against it before he was for it.

Also, note how the AP writer does not use any actual quotes from the Heritage Foundation's proposal, which would probably help readers to make a more accurate assessment of the idea, instead of having to take the biased writer's assertions of what was in the plan.

Every House Republican is on record as having voted against CommieCare. The AP can’t spin that away. The Republicans should feature this in ads loudly and often.

AP is absolutely not a reliable news source any more.

Hopefully as this debacle destroys the dems it takes some of their toadies in the press with them.

Do these people ever stop lying? The obvious fact is, no Republican voted for this legislation.

Thanks Romney....

Republicans are responsibile for Obamacare because Romney supported it.

We should have kicked him out of the party a long time ago.

This is the way it will work out.

The libs own all the good parts.

The Repubs own all the bad parts. Even though they didn’t vote for it.

Up next will be that McCain proposed the taxing of health benefits. So that is a GOP idea.

Bank on it.
