OHHH what a great short campaign statement:
“Remember in November!”
To: nhwingut; verga
Conservatives today say that's unacceptable. Not long ago, many of them saw a national mandate as a free-market route to guarantee coverage In what universe does this make sense?

Except as usual the AP LIES about the details. The GOP NEVER offered mandated insurance....These useful idiots will go to any length to keep their socialist utopia. Unfortunately for them, it will not work out the way they imagine

It certainly shows the advantage of our beating the GOP into submission. A single GOP vote in favor would have given the democrats all the cover they needed.
The democrats are stripped naked and staked to the anthill and they did it all by themselves.

Figuring out that its a disaster and already trying to blame the republicans. What's funny is there is a thread on this article over at DU predicting that Republicans will now try and take credit when Obamacare becomes a smashing success!
Clueless...

It’s going to go like this:
The “good” parts of the bills were because of the Democrats and the “bad” parts were put in to gain Republican support....oh,wait....no Republicans voted for it? Well, at least Democrats care...it’s all for the children, don’t ya know?
