This past Saturday witnessed the passing of 89 year-old Percy Sutton, a former Manhattan Borough President and, in his day, the most powerful black politician in New York.
Although all the major media have reported his death, usually in some detail, none have made any mention of Sutton’s most recent and inconvenient brush with the news, what might profitably be called “Suttongate.”
How Suttongate came to be spiked, when it had the potential to undo the Obama candidacy in September 2008, is a story worth relating.
The story begins on March 25, 2008 when Sutton was interviewed by Dominic Carter on his local NY1 TV show.
When asked about Obama, Sutton answered, "I was introduced to him by a friend.” Sutton named the friend as “Dr. Khalid al-Mansour,” whom he described as "the principal adviser to one of the world's richest men."
The rich man in question was Saudi Prince al-Waleed bin Talal. More on him shortly.
As Sutton related, al-Mansour asked him in 1988 to "please write a letter in support of [Obama] ... a young man that has applied to Harvard."
Mansour reportedly knew that Sutton had friends at Harvard, and Sutton claims to have gladly written a letter in Obama’s support.

You are right. All this is old news. All of us who followed closely the election knew this about BHO. The LameStream Media would not pick it up because they, and the men who own the major media outlets love socialism, statism, communism, what ever you want to call it. Tyranny is what I call it. This fight is a spiritual fight ultimately. These men, the tyrants, hate God, Jesus Christ, Christianity, freedom, liberty, goodness, America, etc. It must be tough of trying to fight against God. Their fate is sealed. They are, as referred to in the Book of Ephesian 2:2, children of disobedience. All we have to do is just stand.
What if a MILLION people showed up and stood in their driveways?
What if ONE MILLION people simply showed up and stood on the doorsteps of the Marxist mainstream media?
What if ONE MILLION people simply stood in the driveways of the CEOs of businesses who advertise in these traitorous venues?
We can learn a lesson from the fall of the Iron Curtain. The **first** sites secured were the TV and radio stations!!!!
Yet...the Pro-life people, year after year, consistently fail to understand that marching in Washington is IGNORED. They should instead stand on the doorsteps of the Marxist media and get in their faces so that they can NOT be ignored.
And...Next time, the Tea Partiers should also march in New York City.

Yeah, the great zero, et al are toast however, there is no mention in the Bible that says the good ol’ US of A is gonna make it. No guarantee at all.

You are so right. My comments were meant only to cheer us up and give us hope. My greatest desire is that America wakes up from her stupor and shakes off her shackles and becomes what God intended for her to be. The example to the world on how a free and believing people could live in harmony and wealth. The worst case scenario is it all falls in and the world is thrown into chaos and slavery, we still have Jesus Christ’s promise that he will return to this world defeat all wickedness and be installed the righteous ruler of this earth. Obama is not our hope, Christ’s return is. There is no other hope.
why would someone like Dr. Khalid al-Mansour, the principal adviser to one of the world’s richest men, Saudi Prince al-Waleed bin Talal... do a favor for 0bama?
his family is nothing. what’s the connection? why would the top advisor to a saudi prince want to advance the educational career of a nobody?
in my experience, they would only do that for family or political reasons.
