What the Dems know that we don't: Universal Voter Registration
DC Independent Examiner ^ | January 4, 2010 | James Simpson

Posted on 01/04/2010 10:12:49 PM PST by combat_boots

Many are puzzled that Democrats persist in ramming unpopular and destructive legislation down our collective throats while seemingly unconcerned by their plummeting poll numbers. A widespread belief is that the Democrats are committing political suicide and will be swept from one or both houses of Congress with unprecedented electoral losses next November. But since Democrat politicians rarely do things that will not ultimately benefit themselves, this column asked two weeks ago: "what do they know that we don't?"

We may have found out. It's called universal voter registration. The Wall Street Journal's John Fund described the Democrat plan recently at a David Horowitz Freedom Center forum. Watch the video (at link):

lets not worry about things we can not control....

I refuse to be discouraged...

if the people have no voice, than the people will respond in different ways...less taxes paid, more crime, less volunteerism, less patriotism, etc..

all are bad.....

eventually, the republic will have to regenerate to represent the true citizens and the taxpayers....

in the mean time, concentrate on every single local election that you can...take over the towns and villages and the school districts and the cities and the suburbs and the counties and then the states...its much harder to steal local elections in normal areas...( won't count on downtown or Chicago)

Michele Bachmann says she's so worried that information from next year's national census will be abused that she will refuse to fill out anything more than the number of people in her household.

This explains a couple of things.
Such as why the dems are so adamantly opposed to Voter ID laws.
And how they plan to “fix” that problem of receiving more votes than there are registered voters (like we just saw here in MN with that clown Franken being elected.)
Queue the Stalin quote...

Don't answer them. Don't cooperate in any way you don't absolutely have to. File your taxes on the absolute last day, file for an extension if you can, pay cash for everything to put the pressure on banks, RESIST. RESIST, RESIST!

Or maybe the Dem left knows that martial law invoked by Obama will preclude the Nov 2010 election, when California declares bankruptcy, riots ensue, and rumored foreign NATO troops are brought in to quell riots there.

Why foreign troops? The theory is that they will fire on Americans.

The Russians are putting out this info, BTW.

Fight now at the voting booth, fight behind a rifle sight, or be a slave.

Those are your choices.

This is the mid-term, win back and extend the majorities of the GOP in your state, win the governorships. Then push voter id and similar legislation and lawsuits. Put ourselves in a stronger position to fight this.

I am going ti tekl then to leave my property due tio theur violation of my 4th amendment rights, which they violated by takinng the GPS location of my home last summer, without consent or probable cause.

“The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.”

The census is effectivekly now a Warrant of search without probable cause.I will send them packing. They can take me to court. The publicity will be overwhelming.

"In January, Chuck Schumer and Barney Frank will propose universal voter registration. What is universal voter registration? It means all of the state laws on elections will be overriden by a federal mandate. The feds will tell the states: 'take everyone on every list of welfare that you have, take everyone on every list of unemployed you have, take everyone on every list of property owners, take everyone on every list of driver's license holders and register them to vote regardless of whether they want to be...'"

OK Chucky, are you clowns going to do this by fiat or decree?

I’m worried that the scale has already tipped. The rats have already imported enough takers (even before taking complete control of the government last year), created enough dependancy that they will have their permanent majority that will function as a vehicle to rob the productive for the benefit who don’t want to do a damn thing.

I wonder if a charismatic leader, in the true sense of the term, can succeed in the age of the Internet.

I have no doubts that Obama wants to restrict our freedoms, confiscate our property, and make us all slaves to his state.
