Union thugs taking on the chin this time. Good for you Ken Gladney. If you would have allowed them to intimidate you they would have walked.

I believe that “stomping” someone should be considered to be attempted murder.
To: Justaham
It took that long. I haven’t read the article yet but I assume that the charges are against the victim, Gladney? (/s, but who knows with this administration)

Now if only they could link this to the White House giving the orders to suppress the opponents of Obamacare...

The charges were brought at the county level, and only bring a maximum one year in jail and $1000 fine. The perps will likely get a slap on the wrist and a $100 fine. I guess we should be glad the charges were brought under Federal law, or Holder would have ordered the DA to drop the charges. :P

Go get ‘em, Kenneth!!!!!!!!!!
To: Justaham
About damn time! Lock ‘em up and throw away the key.

I met Ken at a Tea Party in Battle Creek Michigan, he is a really good man. Such a shame what happened to him.

misdemeanor ordinance violations?>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
Non felony assault?
Not even aggrivated assault, or assault with intent to maim?
They put him in the hospital!
Quote:
Elston McCowan, 47, of St. Louis, and Perry Molens, 50, of De Soto, each were charged with assaulting a person and interfering with police. They are accused of scuffling with and injuring Kenneth Gladney, a demonstrator with the Tea Party, a group generally opposed to Democrats universal health care proposals.

How is this not a federal hate crime? They assaulted him for political beliefs AND called him the N-word.
