Good news.
The charges were brought at the county level, and only bring a maximum one year in jail and $1000 fine. The perps will likely get a slap on the wrist and a $100 fine. I guess we should be glad the charges were brought under Federal law, or Holder would have ordered the DA to drop the charges. :P
