The acting head of Freddie Mac, David Kellermann, has apparently committed suicide, Fairfax County Police tell WTOP. Fairfax County Police spokeswoman Mary Anne Jennings says Kellermann, 41, was found at his Hunter Mill Estates home Wednesday morning.

Jennings says police responded to the home after family members called police around 5 a.m.

"We were called from inside the house to come investigate an apparent suicide," Jennings says.

Because of legal ramifications, Jennings says she can't describe the nature of the suicide.

"We're not to give you details of the condition of the body, except to say it was an apparent suicide," Jennings says.

I've never murdered anyone, so I wouldn't know, but do alleged suicides require these guys?

Yes. Deaths outside of a medical facility when the deceased did not have a medical condition known to cause death are initially investigated with an eye towards foul play. Suicides are particularly investigated, as a homicide can be made to look like a suicide.

If you can look at everything that's happened to this country in the last 2 years and NOT see the possibility of a vast conspricay at work I think you're nuts.

In my opinion, the left wing players tried to pull a fast one with the economy to guarantee a Washington take over this past election, but have run into some very serious unintended consequences they didn't foresee, and now there's no way out. In September, there was an electronic hit on the market, and billions were removed within hours. It was briefly reported, and silenced. Glen Beck was the only one who mentioned it on his show. For some reason, the MSM didn't consider it newsworthy.

All that's left for them now is social unrest. Through social unrest, they can abuse their power and attempt to fix what they've created by force. They can rebuild the U.S. in their own Socialist image. "Never waste a good crises."

Bill Mims was elected Attorney General of Virginia by the General Assembly in February 2009. His term will end in January 2010. In this position, he is responsible for the Office of the Attorney General and its 300 attorneys and staff.

Bill Mims served in the Virginia House of Delegates from 1992-1997, and in the Virginia Senate from 1998 to 2005. He was Chief Deputy Attorney General from January 2006 until February 2009.

Bill Mims grew up in Harrisonburg, and was educated in the Harrisonburg public schools. He received a degree in History from the College of William and Mary, where he was president of the student body. He also did graduate work in Public Administration at William and Mary. He has law degrees from George Washington University and Georgetown University.

During his years in the General Assembly, Bill Mims worked as an attorney in Leesburg. Prior to practicing law he served as Chief of Staff to U.S. Rep. Frank Wolf and as Deputy Legislative Director to Senator Paul Trible. He served on the Board of Governors of the Virginia Bar Association from 2002 through 2004, and was a Distinguished Adjunct Professor of Law at George Mason University from 2002 through 2005. He presently serves on three non-profit boards – Lead Virginia, the Richmond Behavioral Health Authority and Voices for Virginia’s Children.

Bill Mims lives in Henrico County with his wife Jane, and three daughters. They attend Third Presbyterian Church.

Actually, he donated to the Republicans in June 2008. Moffett was a regular donor to the Republicans before he worked at Freddie. Maybe these guys were brought in to be sacrificial lambs, realized it and are/were trying to extricate themselves. They did release a statement to the effect that Freddie was looking out for the Govt. vs. the shareholders???
