Now, if Iraq can keep from establishing a ICLU (Iraqi Civil Liberties Union), Christmas will be in Iraq long after the ACLU has banned Christmas in the States.

I did not know that most Iraqi christians followed our calender, I had assumed most of them followed the eastern rite and celebrated christmas in the beginning of January.
I wish all christians would at least celebrate on the same days, to enhance their unity and cooperation.

Even Iran’s Shiites are more tolerant than the ACLU.

We fought a lot of Grinches to make this happen.
God bless the Iraqis and the Multi-National Forces.

we piss and moan that “nobody says Merry Christmas” anymore. In some places, saying that can get you dead. Godspeed.

That’ll p*ss off the ACLU.

So how do you say “Merry Christmas” in Iraqi (Arabic)?
... and “Happy New year?”

well Islam does recognize Christ, but only as a prophet, just not as the messiah.

A senior Shiite cleric, Ammar al-Hakim, attended the Mass flanked by bodyguards in a gesture of cooperation with Christians.
Picture from last year's Christmas Mass in Iraq. Shi'ite clerics attended then as well.

This is really something, atheistic, malcontented commies in America, Canada, the UK & beyond continue attempting to ban Christmas, and G-d Himself, and in Islamic terrorist instigated war torn Iraq, good men of decency & courage did the right thing.
Radical Dems and their fellow Marxist travelers should hang their elitist heads in total shame.
